He studies and analyzes the event *market.

He proposes projects of Art Events, Musical Events, Fairs, Festivals, Exhibitions, Conferences, Conventions, Sporting Events, Institutional Events, etc, as well as social events such as anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, feasts, commemorations, golden weddings, silver weddings, parties, etc.

He manages the *funding of the project by means of *auspices and *sponsorship.

He develops tactical plans of *marketing, sale, advertising and dissemination of the event.

He presents creative proposals for the organization of an event according to its dimension, looking for the best option for this one.

He performs the general description of the event, with samples through designs, photomontage and 3D views.

He carries out the event’s *planning and *scheduling, deciding the spaces, times and *logistics necessary to carry it out.

He performs all the necessary *arrangements such as being in touch with the *suppliers, carrying out the contracting, supervising the execution of procedures, engaging the participation of personalities and guests, submitting the budgets and everything necessary to carry out the project.

He is responsible for providing the event with all the necessary resources for its accomplishment, such as the Design and Decorations, Audiovisual resources, implementation of effects using Technology, *Catering, etc.

He coordinates the accomplishment of the event by directing a multidisciplinary team, taking care that everything is ready and arranged such as the decoration of the stage, the assembly of sound and audiovisual equipment, the staging, the recording of the event, etc.

In the case of a social event, supervising the preparation of the venue, the reception, protocol, the pattern of celebration, photographs, *catering, etc.

He produces *corporate events, whether internal or external as support to the *management of *marketing, sales or *public relations of a company.

He organizes and produces tours of music bands and artists.
